The better the company treats its employees, the more credible the company's image will be in the eyes of the audience.

Even though it sounds unrelated, in fact the audience does not want to be seen as supporting anything related to something that is not in the eyes of society. Therefore, a code of ethics can also serve as a statement to the public about what a company stands for, its commitment to high professional standards, and appropriate behavior.

Good workplace ethics can provide many benefits for both employees and employers. This can help create a positive environment, protect employee rights, and produce positive outcomes for employers.
