At its core, company culture is how things are done around the workplace. There's nothing wrong with following the company culture even when working from home. This might keep you motivated and productive.

Good Work Patterns for Employees During WFH

Not only does it keep a person motivated and productive, maintaining good work patterns as a corporate culture also helps relieve anxiety, fatigue, and stress. Here are some ways to strengthen work productivity at the company when working remotely or WFH.

1. Follow the applicable working hours

One of the most difficult things when WFH is following hours of work that may not be clear. This not only affects your work routine, but also your rest hours. If not managed properly, a person may feel bored and do not enjoy working.

To overcome this problem you can do routines like when you are still active in the office. Before working hours start get ready. During your lunch break you can enjoy lunch outside the workspace and come back when it's finished.

In addition to being more structured, following work hours also means you have set boundaries between work and personal life. This will keep anyone with limits in their activities so they don't feel bored with work routines.

2. Responsive and keep the connection
