Ruby has core expertise in Brand Management and Marketing Communication. His competence and interest in the marketing world enabled him to head the marketing departments of several companies in various industries including Information Technology and Telecommunications with major exposure in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. During his career, Ruby acquired experience in overseeing companywide strategy and execution of marketing communication, as well as Managing Research, Product Development, Budget Control and Business Planning. In business and strategic consulting activities, he has served some well known companies such as: PT PP (Persero) Tbk, PT OTO Multiartha, PT Aplikasinusa Lintasarta, and PT Bahana Nusa Lubrindo (BNL) � Agip Indonesia. Ruby also has involved in designing or facilitating Human Capital Development as well as some activities in managerial capability evaluations in the industry of: pharmaceutical, resource-based, multi finance, automotive, survey & inspection service, facility service, infrastructure, and many more. Ruby has delivered speech in some award events. Currently, he serves as a Principal at prasmul-eli in sharing his marketing acumen.
