Switomo has engaged in business and strategic consulting of Golden Age Planning at PT Indo Tambang Raya Megah Tbk as well as Corporate University Grand Design at PT PLN (Persero), PT Prudential Life Assurance, and PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. He also has involved in designing or facilitating Human Capital Development as well as some activities in managerial capability evaluations in the industry of: telecommunication, automotive, agri-food, property, banking, multi finance, resource-based, manufacturing, infrastructure, media, insurance, pharmaceutical, and many more.
